Use License

Permission is granted to:

Create and manage AI conversations
Upload and process documents within usage limits
Integrate with supported third-party services

This license shall automatically terminate if you:

Violate any of these restrictions
Use the service for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
Share your account credentials with others

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Billing and Payments

Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitations

In no event shall Talknician or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Talknician's website, even if Talknician or a Talknician authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
